Roxanne Smithers joins Greta Anderson and Kevin McGee on Giving Up The Grind
AVAS Technology and Smithers Thornton & Ume-Nwagbo, LLC have prepared a program to inform attorneys of common security risks. More importantly, the Breakfast Briefing provides tips and guidance on how to limit the risks and remain compliant with professional rules of conduct as well as legal and ethical requirements applied by the Bar Association. Participants will receive CLE credit. The program is designed for small and midsized firms, as well as solo attorneys. EVENT CLOSED
In keeping with Smithers Thornton & Ume-Nwagbo, LLC’s (“STU” or “STU Law Group”) principal maxim of, and unwavering commitment to, offering a 360° legal approach to representing and advising its clientele, chiefly in the role of outside General Counsel to diversified small-to-medium sized enterprises, this month we present a worthwhile “client alert” on cybersecurity, which is ubiquitously relevant in today’s constantly evolving, technology-dependent, and risk afflicted commercial marketplace.
In two short years, we represented clients in state and federal courts, as well as before government agencies. We drafted investment agreements, facilitated business divorces, managed settlement agreements, and advised clients regarding their benefit plans. We educated entrepreneurs through partnerships with the SBA, WEDA, ACE, Trove, City Club of Buckhead, and Club E Atlanta. We also celebrated other women owned businesses. Who knows what is next. Thank you for your continued support!
